Terms & Conditions

The terms you agree to when you buy a ticket to the evening.

Who you are dealing with

Tickets on this site are sold by Infinite Grace Foundation for I See You Gala, held on 13 September 2026. Buying a ticket forms an agreement between you and the foundation on these terms. If you are buying for other people, you agree to them on behalf of your whole party.

Buying a ticket

  • Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees, and the total you approve at checkout is the total you pay.
  • One ticket admits one guest.
  • The I See You Gala is strictly an 18+ event. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you and all guests in your party are 18 years of age or older on the date of the Gala.
  • You may purchase up to 400 tickets in a single order. If you require more, please contact us and we will assist you.
  • Your order is confirmed only once payment has cleared. Reaching the checkout, or having a payment remain pending, does not reserve a seat.
  • We may decline or cancel an order—with a full refund—where a ticket was priced or listed in obvious error, or where an order appears fraudulent.

Paying

Payment is taken by PayHere on their own hosted checkout. Their terms apply to the payment itself, alongside these. We are told whether the payment succeeded and given a reference for it; we never receive your card details. See our privacy policy.

Getting your ticket

Once payment clears, your confirmation goes to the email address you gave at checkout, carrying the QR code that admits you. Please enter that address carefully — a mistyped one is the thing we cannot fix for you without hearing from you. If nothing has arrived within a few hours, check your spam folder and then write to hello@infinitegrace.foundation.

Treat that QR code as you would the ticket itself. It is scanned at the door and marked as used, so it admits your party once and will not work a second time — please don’t post it anywhere public.

Dietary requirements

Dinner is served to the room, and we cannot promise a particular menu for a particular guest. If you have an allergy or a dietary requirement, write to hello@infinitegrace.foundation before the event and we will do what we can with the kitchen.

Refunds, transfers and cancellation

Set out in full in our return & refund policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: tickets are not refunded on a change of mind, but they may be passed to another guest, and we refund in full if the event is cancelled or you are charged in error.

On the night

  • Please bring the QR code from your confirmation, on paper or on a screen, ready to be scanned.
  • Arrive in time for the published start; latecomers will be seated when there is a break in the programme.
  • This is an 18+ event. Please bring photo ID — we may refuse admission to anyone who cannot show they are 18 or older, and no refund is due in that case.
  • We may refuse admission, or ask a guest to leave, where behaviour puts other guests, staff or the venue at risk. No refund is due in that case.
  • The venue's own rules on security, smoking and accessibility apply while you are there.

Photography

The evening will be photographed and filmed for the foundation’s own use. Attending means you may appear in that material. If you would rather not, tell us or the photographer on the night and we will keep you out of it.

Changes to the event

We may need to change the programme, the performers or the running order, and will do so only where we must. If the date, the venue or the substance of the evening changes materially, or the event is cancelled, we will email everyone holding a ticket and the refund policy applies.

Where our responsibility ends

If we fail to hold the event as described, what we owe you is the price of your ticket. We are not responsible for what else the evening may have cost you — travel, accommodation or time booked around it — nor for personal belongings brought to the venue.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited in law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

This site

The artwork, wording and design of this site belong to Infinite Grace Foundation. We keep the site running as carefully as we can, but cannot promise it will be available without interruption. Please do not attempt to disrupt it or to place orders by automated means.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Sri Lanka, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
